  •Contact your prescribing physician or healthcare provider as necessary to fulfill your prescription
  •Verify your insurance information and process applicable copayments
  •Fill and dispense your prescription medications at our licensed pharmacy location All prescriptions are subject to pharmacist review and applicable Michigan and federal law.
  
  We reserve the right to decline to fill any prescription at our professional discretion.
  
  Controlled substances are subject to additional legal restrictions and may not be transferable in all circumstances.Wellscript Pharmacy does not provide emergency prescription services. In a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

5. Delivery

• We offer free next-day prescription delivery to qualifying zip codes within Metro Detroit, Michigan. Delivery is subject to the following conditions:
  •A responsible adult must be available to receive the delivery at the designated address
  •We will contact you via text message to schedule a delivery window
  •Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control
  •We are not responsible for medications left unattended after a successful delivery attempt
  •Delivery is available within our designated service area only.
  
  We reserve the right to modify our delivery area at any time If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we will contact you to reschedule.
  Medications that cannot be delivered may be held at our pharmacy for pickup.

6. Patient Responsibilities

7. Insurance & Payment

Wellscript Pharmacy accepts most major Michigan insuranceplans. Your copay is determined by your insurance plan and will not increase asa result of using our delivery service. You will be informed of your copayamount before delivery is scheduled.For uninsured patients or medications not covered byinsurance, payment is due at the time of delivery. We accept major creditcards, debit cards, and cash. We will always inform you of the cost of yourprescription before scheduling delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellscript Pharmacyshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequentialdamages arising from your use of our Site or services. Our total liability forany claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific prescription atissue.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of theState of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of OaklandCounty, Michigan.
